Bhd, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations (collectively, \u201cFuturise Centre\u201d, and any reference to \u201cFuturise \u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d in this Personal Data Protection Notice shall include any member of the Futurise Centre) is concerned about the protection of your Personal Data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or \u201cAct 709\u201d) and takes the matter of protecting your privacy as our priority. This Personal Data Protection Notice explains how Futurise processes and protects your Personal Data under Act 709.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Collection of Personal Data<\/strong><p>We collect your Personal Data, range of which may include your full name, NRIC number, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Sources of Personal Data Collection<\/strong><p>We gather your Personal Data from:<\/p><ul><li>a) Forms available at our website,<\/li><li>b) Personal Data supplied to us from any third party authorised by you, or<\/li><li>c) Submission by you of your Personal Data by other means, including via e-mail.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Reasons for Personal Data Collection<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0We may process your Personal Data for any and\/or all of the following purposes:<br \/><br \/><strong>(a)<\/strong>\u00a0to communicate with you and\/or your company;<br \/><strong>(b)<\/strong>\u00a0to administer the business or contractual relationship between us and you and\/or your company;<br \/><strong>(c)<\/strong>\u00a0to provide services to you;<br \/><strong>(d)<\/strong>\u00a0to process your payment transactions;<br \/><strong>(e)<\/strong>\u00a0to respond to your inquiries\/complaints;<br \/><strong>(f)<\/strong> to administer your participation in events\/programmes\/membership;<br \/><strong>(g)<\/strong>\u00a0to conduct internal activities;<br \/><strong>(h)<\/strong>\u00a0to conduct market surveys, market profiling and\/or trend analysis;<br \/><strong>(i)<\/strong>\u00a0to provide you with information, updates and\/or corporation information by postage, e-mail, text messages or social media on our products, services, events and\/or programmes of that we think may interest you;<br \/><strong>(j)<\/strong>\u00a0to send out invitation for our present and future project launches, exhibitions and\/or tendering\/contracting exercises;<br \/><strong>(k)<\/strong>\u00a0to maintain and upkeep our internal records and data;<br \/><strong>(l)<\/strong>\u00a0for internal investigations, compliance, audit or security purposes including, without limitation, crime detection, prevention and prosecution;<br \/><strong>(m)<\/strong>\u00a0for recruitment of employees;<br \/><strong>(n)<\/strong> for such other purposes in relation to your contract with Futurise ; and\/or<br \/><strong>(o)<\/strong> for other legitimate business activities of Futurise ;<br \/>(collectively, \u201cPurposes\u201d).<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><br \/>Processing of your Personal Data will be done within Malaysia and will not be transferred to any place outside of Malaysia.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Disclosure of Personal Data<\/strong><br \/>We may disclose your Personal Data, for the any of the Purposes to the following:<br \/><strong>(a)<\/strong> employees and other entities within Futurise;<br \/><strong>(b)<\/strong>\u00a0agents, contractors or third party service or product providers with whom we have contractual agreements for our business activities and\/or marketing promotions;<br \/><strong>(c)<\/strong>\u00a0financial institutions;<br \/><strong>(d)<\/strong>\u00a0government agencies and\/or business partners that work with us in connection with our business activities;<br \/><strong>(e)<\/strong>\u00a0our professional advisers including but not limited to auditors and lawyers;<br \/><strong>(f)<\/strong>\u00a0relevant government regulators, statutory boards, authorities, law enforcement agencies or any person to comply with any applicable laws, rules, guidelines and\/or regulations;<br \/><strong>(g)<\/strong>\u00a0our shareholders; and\/or<br \/><strong>(h)<\/strong>\u00a0any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Security Measures<\/strong><br \/>We take precautionary measures in order to protect your Personal Data by ensuring your Personal Data is retained in accordance to Act 709 and ensuring our staff members possess adequate Personal Data protection knowledge.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Personal Data Retention Period<\/strong><br \/>We will retain your Personal Data for a minimum of one (1) year or for as long a period as it requires for us to retain your Personal Data as required by the Purposes, whichever is the latter. dan\/atau<br \/><strong>(o)<\/strong> bagi tujuan aktiviti-aktiviti perniagaan lain Futurise yang sah,<br \/>(secara kolektif \u201cTujuan-Tujuan\u201d)<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Pemprosesan Data Peribadi<\/strong><br \/><p>Pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda akan dilaksanakan di dalam Malaysia dan tidak akan dipindahkan ke mana-mana tempat di luar Malaysia.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Penzahiran Data Peribadi<\/strong><br \/>Kami boleh menzahirkan Data Peribadi anda bagi mana-mana Tujuan kepada:-<br \/><strong>(a)<\/strong> perkerja-pekerja dan lain-lain entiti di dalam Futurise ;<br \/><strong>(b)<\/strong>\u00a0agen-agen, kontraktor-kontraktor atau perkhidmatan pihak ketiga atau pembekal produk yang mempunyai perjanjian kontraktual untuk aktiviti perniagaan dan\/atau promosi pemasaran kami;<br \/><strong>(c)<\/strong>\u00a0institusi-institusi kewangan;<br \/><strong>(d)<\/strong>\u00a0agensi-agensi kerajaan dan\/atau rakan-rakan perniagaan yang bekerja dengan kami berkaitan dengan aktiviti-aktiviti perniagaan kami;<br \/><strong>(e)<\/strong>\u00a0penasihat professional kami termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada juruaudit dan peguam;<br \/><strong>(f)<\/strong>\u00a0badan kawal selia kerajaan, badan-badan berkanun, pihak-pihak berkuasa, agensi-agensi penguatkuasaan undang-undang atau mana-mana individu untuk mematuhi mana-mana undang-undang terpakai, tatacara, garis panduan dan\/atau peraturan-peraturan;<br \/><strong>(g)<\/strong>\u00a0pemegang-pemegang saham kami;
